Learn to be the guiding force to help her labor progress.
Pain in labor is meant to tell you something! Milly calls this the “Language of Pain”. Dads to Doulas Bootcamp is a complete guide to how navigating this language can help to quicken labors, decrease the amount of discomfort, and fortify your bonds as a family.
We bring simplicity to the birthing process, provide memory tools to help dads know how to problem solve common scenarios, and empower families to strengthen their bond through their birthing experience.

Frequently Asked Questions:
The class costs $60 and you receive a visual aid packet for the USPS flat rate charge of $8.50.
That fee includes your initial class as well as up to two additional classes. This is intentionally structured so that you have the freedom to take it by yourself, together as a couple, and still have one more opportunity to take it as you near your due date.
There are plans in process right now to record the class into a video package. This will eventually take the place of the two additional classes and you will have unlimited access to it through our website for 9 months.
The class is 2 hours, but very fast-pace and includes a 30 to 60 minute Q and A afterward. It is structured around a memory tool to help you retain the information and obviously repetition is greatly encouraged for that reason as well.
The class is not specific to Covid-19 mandates and that is not mentioned at all in the curriculum itself. Generally questions specific to that come up during the Q&A afterward.
All class times are in eastern standard time.
The class is focused on birth in general. I do review the options for pain management that hospitals provide. The class is geared toward how to help her avoid those, but I do address gauging the situation for when those might be a good choice to consider.
